2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products may require additional processing time. Any applicable processing times will be communicated with the customer or listed on the product page.

Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided when available.

3. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been started, processed, or shipped.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order orders may not be eligible for cancellation once work has begun.

After the applicable cancellation period, orders generally cannot be canceled. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact Mary Sue Designs as soon as possible.

4. RETURNS

Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or Mary Sue Designs made an error with the order.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order artwork, digital products, and original artwork may be subject to different return restrictions as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside of Mary Sue Designs’ control.

If your order is delayed, please first check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier for the most current status.

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, please contact Mary Sue Designs so we can determine the appropriate next steps.

Delays caused by the shipping carrier do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Mary Sue Designs within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. This information may be needed to assist with a shipping claim.

REFUND POLICY

2. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Because custom, personalized, and made-to-order artwork is created specifically for the customer, these items are non-refundable once work has begun.

If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact Mary Sue Designs as soon as possible. If work has not yet begun, a full or partial refund may be available depending on the circumstances.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges once the files have been delivered or downloaded.

If you experience a problem accessing or using a digital product, please contact Mary Sue Designs and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

4. ORIGINAL ARTWORK

Original artwork is final sale and is not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the artwork arrives damaged or there is an error with the order.
