Prayer Tiles–a series to inspire deeper focus and greater intention with your prayer life. Prayer is communication but also communion with the Father. Whether you need a physical representation of a prayer target, or a reminder of how certain prayers have been answered, this collection is miniature and can adorn a small space or travel with you.

One of my recent favorite verses refers to God as our “sun and shield” (Psalms 84:11). This verse can be used on several pieces in this collection, but I am using it here because I like the imagery of Him being our light and our covering. In this piece, the shield is keeping out the darkness coming from every direction, and using His light to reflect it back to whence it came.

Psalms 5:11 (NIV)–But let all who take refuge in You be glad; let them ever sing for joy. Spread Your protection over them, that those who love Your name may rejoice in You.

2 Thessalonians 3:3 (NIV)–But the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.

Psalms 32:7 (NIV)–You are my hiding place; You will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance.
