A red notice is a code created by Interpol for fugitives of blatant crimes over the globe. This prophetic title came to me much later than when I painted this piece; I believe this is a bulletin to announce that God is sovereign and all-seeing. Nothing done in the dark and no amount of running will hinder Him from meting out divine justice.
