Artisan jewelry is made by cutting and hammering silver strings and combining them into unique shapes then soldering all the parts. After polishing I add a foxtail chain and it looks great

Shipping problems

If a package gets lost on its way by the tracking and does not arrive in a month and a half from the date of shipping to the US 2 months to other countries, I'll reship the jewel again or refund your money.

IF A PACKAGE REACHES YOU WITHOUT THE CONTENT and you see it's been stolen ( hole in the package or such ) please file a damage complaint at the local postal office.
Only after you do this, I'll refund your money or send you a new item.

IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO ME DUE TO BEING UNCLAIMED
you can pay for extra shipping+ handling funds, and I'll send it to you again, or I can refund your money minus the shipping + handling fees ( this refund isn't possible in custom orders ).
