Vendor Spotlight: Feed My Sheep Shop
A Life Still Being Written by God
Some stories don’t begin with a business plan. They begin with a whisper from God.
For Yvonne Carson, that whisper came in an unexpected place. While walking through a simple 99-cent store in Las Vegas in her mid-50s, she felt the Lord gently prompting her toward something new. Crocheting. With only the most basic knowledge of stitches, she could have easily dismissed it. But instead, she said yes.
What followed was not just a hobby, but a journey of obedience.
As she began to crochet, she also began to see. The Lord gave her visions of what her hands would create. Handbags, hats, scarves, ponchos, baby clothes, and even crocheted dolls. What started with simple stitches became a growing creative expression, and God faithfully blessed the work of her hands.
But He was not finished.
Years later, on her 60th birthday, she heard the Lord speak again. This time, not just prompting her to create, but declaring who she was.
“You’re an artist.”
At the time, that identity felt far from reality. Her drawings were simple, her portraits unrefined, and selling artwork was not even on her radar. But when God speaks identity, He also invites transformation. She chose to believe Him.
Through consistent practice and surrender, her skills began to grow. Sketches turned into detailed portraits. Paper turned into canvas. What once felt uncertain became something beautiful and confident. In time, she began sharing and selling her artwork, stepping fully into the calling God had spoken over her life.
It was around this time that she was introduced to Galilee Life.
There was an immediate connection.
Unlike other marketplaces, Galilee Life felt purposeful, rooted in faith, encouragement, and integrity. It was not just a place to sell. It was a place to serve. Through Feed My Sheep Shop, Yvonne now offers faith-inspired creations that reflect the heart of her journey. Her shop centers on uplifting artwork and creative resources designed to encourage others and point them back to God, beautifully tying together the many creative paths the Lord has led her through.
And still, the story continued to unfold.
God led her into yet another space. Ministry through encouragement. She launched a YouTube channel, Thrive & Shine After 50, where she speaks directly to Christian women, especially those over 50, reminding them that their story is not over. Over the past four years, that message has resonated deeply, growing into a community of women being reminded that purpose does not expire with age.
Then, on December 9, 2025, came another unexpected instruction.
“Your music needs to be on a platform of its own.”
Once again, she obeyed.
What followed was the launch of a new music channel, now reaching hundreds of listeners and continuing to grow. Through learning new tools and technology, including AI, she began creating faith-based music, affirmations, and digital works at a scale she never imagined. Today, her catalog includes thousands of songs, instrumentals, and creative resources, all rooted in one simple response. Yes, Lord.
Even with all of this growth, she humbly shares that she is still catching up with what God is doing. Still refining. Still building. Still becoming.
What makes her story so powerful is not just the creativity. It is the timing.
Now approaching 69, she has seen God move more in this season than in any other time in her life.
Her journey is a living testimony of Isaiah 46:4:
“Even to your old age, I am He, and even to gray hairs I will carry you.”
Through Feed My Sheep Shop, her heart is simple. To encourage others through faith-filled creativity and to remind every woman, especially those in their later years, that God is not finished.
If you are still breathing, He is still writing.
