Founded by Vikki, Soulful Anchor is more than a Christian lifestyle brand. It is a ministry born from personal hardship, restored through God’s grace, and dedicated to encouraging believers to walk in freedom, strength, and confidence in Christ. Every design reflects her love for Jesus, her appreciation for the beauty of coastal North Carolina, and her heart for sharing God’s truth with others, especially those who have experienced abuse or deep emotional wounds.
Originally from the North, Vikki now calls the beautiful coast of North Carolina home. While she has embraced Southern living, the greatest foundation of her life has remained unchanged for more than three decades, her relationship with Jesus Christ. After accepting Him as her personal Lord and Savior over 30 years ago, she committed herself to living according to the “Golden Rule” and striving daily to become more like Christ. She openly acknowledges that following Jesus is not always easy, but she also knows that His grace is more than sufficient through every season.
A Story of Redemption
Vikki’s faith journey includes seasons of both closeness with God and times when she wandered from the path He had prepared for her. After graduating from Andersonville Theological Seminary, she stepped away from ministry for a period of time and describes herself as becoming a wayward child. Yet even during those difficult years, God never abandoned her. His love remained constant, patiently calling her back into His presence until she was ready to fully surrender once again.
Today, Vikki is preparing to serve God wholeheartedly through this new season of ministry. Her story serves as a reminder that no matter how far someone feels they have drifted, God’s mercy continues to pursue His children. Restoration is always possible because our Heavenly Father never gives up on those He loves.
Turning Pain Into Purpose
The inspiration behind Soulful Anchor came during the most difficult season of Vikki’s life. Rather than allowing painful experiences to define her future, she chose to let God transform them into purpose. Through her own healing journey, she discovered that while abuse may leave lasting scars, it never has the power to determine a person’s identity. Only God can do that.
This realization became the foundation of her business and ministry. Soulful Anchor exists to encourage survivors of emotional, physical, spiritual, mental, and sexual abuse by reminding them that they are loved by God, created with purpose, and never alone. Vikki wants every person who encounters her products to know that healing is possible through Christ and that their past does not determine their future.
Her designs are intentionally created to inspire courage, restoration, and hope. Each message reflects biblical truth, encouraging believers to see themselves through God’s eyes instead of through the pain they have experienced. Rather than focusing on what has happened to them, she encourages others to embrace who God says they are, redeemed, loved, forgiven, and chosen for His purpose.

As a new business owner, Vikki has learned that entrepreneurship is just as much about spiritual growth as it is about building a brand. In today’s culture of instant gratification, God has been teaching her the value of patience, stillness, and complete dependence on Him. Instead of rushing ahead, she has learned to trust God’s timing and believe that He is working even when progress seems slow.
She believes that faith brings clarity to every decision she makes. It keeps her focused on serving people rather than simply generating sales, and it gives her peace during seasons of uncertainty. Through every challenge, she has discovered that God often develops our character while He develops our calling. The waiting seasons are never wasted because they prepare us for what He has planned next.

Vikki also reminds entrepreneurs not to compare themselves with others or become discouraged by someone else’s success. She also recognizes that every Christian entrepreneur will face spiritual opposition. Discouragement, fear, and doubt often accompany meaningful Kingdom work, but Scripture reminds believers to put on the full armor of God each day as described in Ephesians 6:10-18. By seeking God’s wisdom, working diligently, and trusting Him with what cannot be controlled, business owners can continue moving forward with confidence, knowing that He is ultimately responsible for the outcome.
