Rooted in West Central Texas, Jackrabbit Acres Mercantile grew from my love of creating, learning, gathering beautiful things and helping find those special pieces that make everyday life feel a little more special. My shop is home to an ever-growing collection of handmade goods-including goat milk soaps, beeswax candles, apparel, pet accessories, home accents, seasonal treasures, and meaningful gifts.
Each of the items you will find here are made by hand, one at a time, with careful attention to the little details. I especially enjoy giving each handmade collection its own story and personality, creating pieces that feel as special as the people and pets who receive them.
My faith, family, Texas roots, and the beauty of the land around us are woven into everything I create. Even our name, Jackrabbit Acres was inspired by the jackrabbits that wander across our family’s property. Our dog, Buck, lends his name and personality to Buck’s Acre, the pet-goods side of the mercantile.
